If you’d like to proceed with the repairs, payment can be made via bank transfer. Once received, we’ll commence the repairs immediately.

Step 4. Repairs Commence

All repairs are completed within 7 days of payment.

Step 5. Final Inspection

Once finished, we will send you a video walkthrough of the work carried out for your approval.

Step 6. Return Delivery

Your repaired garment will be securely packaged and dispatched back to you. All returns are sent using a tracked next working day DPD delivery service for peace of mind. Note DPD will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. DPD will send you a tracking link via text to your phone from which you can track your delivery. The tracking link gives you real‑time updates, including the driver’s location and a 1 hour delivery window. On the tracking link you will have the option to change the day and time of delivery if required.
